Taryn is the Administrative Assistant of the firm with a focus on business growth and development. She attended the University of Houston – Clear Lake with a B.S. in Legal Studies, belonging to the first Mock Trial group in the history of the University. Her career began in the hospitality industry improving training and overall profitability of the restaurants she served from Galveston to Houston. She has since assisted many businesses including non-profit organizations, law firms, non-profit consultants, and construction companies with meeting their growth goals.

As Operations Director, Taryn accomplished opening and managing one of the area’s award-winning new restaurants featured in multiple media outlets, Pier 6 Seafood, exceeding first year’s sales goals. She has gained experience in a multitude of areas such as human resources, fundraising, criminal and family law, organizational structure, and training program creation. Her passion is to create and improve processes to assist companies in moving towards the future.

Spending time with family, going to the beach, fishing, serving others, and learning are all things that bring Taryn joy in life. She is excited about teaching her children about the world and watching them grow in their personalities.
